What Clients Say

Transportation was very good, with water and snacks. The driver was helpful and informative. Throughout the day, he tried to share some knowledge about bourbon, and the highlights of the various spots really hit home. We got to spend some time walking around Bardstown after lunch, with the driver pointing out some cool things. Since we were able to get back earlier, our driver proposed driving through Old Louisville, which was worth seeing to give us a broader perspective on the city.

The transportation service was a clear standout, and perhaps the best we have ever had, with punctual, friendly, knowledgeable drivers who were almost tour guides themselves, and spotless vehicles every day. The donuts, drinks, and snacks did not go unnoticed!

We learned something new at every distillery, and the guides were very well trained, extremely personable, and wonderfully accommodating. They often went over time because they had such a good time learning from them! Finally, Keeneland and the Icelandic Horses private tours blew us away. Both had brilliant guides, and seeing the horses work out close was a highlight.

Bluegrass Concierge was very responsive and well equipped to handle a large booking that made many amendments. They were able to keep up and stay organized for a seamless experience for the guests, which was actually a lot of behind-the-scenes work. Excellent experience and will highly recommend to other luxury Travel advisors. They were wonderful to work with and will be my first choice for future guests of Frontiers visiting Kentucky.

Thank you again to Bluegrass Concierge. It was a pleasure working with you! Our clients were so happy! They actually want to go back!. If we ever get another KY request, I know exactly who I'll call! You can also count on me to recommend Bluegrass Concierge to our entire agency. Sometimes fellow agents reach out to me for this advice, and in the past I never had a recommendation other than Mint Julep! You guys are so far beyond their service; I know you'd be perfect for other luxury travel advisors.

The Cocktail Class at Angel's Envy was FANTASTIC! We had so much fun and made some friends and left with gifts.  The Michter's Tour and Bottle Pour was also great.  So fun! The restaurants booked for dinner were good as well. Thanks for all the planning, and my husband was super surprised by the gift bottle that was delivered to the hotel. What a classy touch! Overall, it was wonderful trip.

Our day with Bluegrass Concierge was absolutely perfect — exactly what we wanted! From fresh doughnuts in the morning to incredible tours at Woodford and at Spendthrift (we left feeling like horse experts!), every detail was spot on. Delicious stops at The Lock Box and Heirloom, plus a surprise bourbon gift, made it unforgettable. Highly recommend the Bluegrass Concierge team!

Leisure trip The Bluegrass Concierge team turned our mad, last-minute scramble into a perfectly tailored bourbon adventure. Picture six high-achieving guys who thought they could just roll into the Bourbon Trail and book top-shelf tastings on the fly--spoiler alert: you can't. With a desperate "Hail Mary" email sent two weeks before our trip, we had little hope of getting into any big-name distilleries. But they swooped in, asked all the right questions, and somehow pulled off four incredible elevated tastings, complete with great food, smooth rides, and zero stress. If you want to look like you know what you're doing while sipping your way through Kentucky, call Bluegrass Concierge.

The experience was perfect for our important guests. Our driver was punctual, professional, and communicated clearly. She even waited at the plant to take our guests back to the airport, which they really appreciated due to a tight schedule. We’ll definitely use your services again.
